Ms. Nath-Higley is a highly accomplished Family Law attorney. She has been practicing family law exclusively in the Bay Area for several years. 

Shaliya joined Crabtree Law earlier this year and has quickly established herself as a valuable member of our team. She handles numerous high-asset cases involving intricate financial disputes, along with Domestic Violence Restraining Orders and custody/visitation matters.   

Shaliya earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Whittier Law School, where she distinguished herself with academic honors, including placements on the Honor Roll and Dean’s List. Her involvement with the Trial Advocacy Honors Board and her receipt of the Whittier Award for Excellence highlight her commitment to excellence in the legal field. She also received a Merit-Based Scholarship, reflecting her dedication and potential as a legal professional.
Shaliya holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a Minor in Pre-Law from the University of the Pacific. Her undergraduate education laid a strong foundation for her legal career, equipping her with critical analytical and research skills.
Active in the legal community, Shaliya is a member of the Alameda County Bar Association, the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers - Mentee Group, and the San Francisco County Bar Association. Her involvement in these organizations underscores her dedication to professional development and staying current with legal advancements.
